@Shaz51 right back at you beautiful. I've had a hazelnut latte but am replacing my usual afternoon cuppas with water.
I've been slowly shedding the kgs but the scale showed I'd put a couple back on. Time to get more strict with my intake!

Happy Friday to those who days of the week hold significance. I am not in the workforce or studying. So "Friday" is redundant
CAT Team tomorrow morning. I feel okay but my psychologist and GP think that I'm vulnerable and potentially dangerous
I think I mentioned last week plans to wind down my perpetual stew. But avoiding dishes means that it's still going. It must be about a month

@ENKELI i think i relate here. For i used to heed shame and guilty feelings doing what i termed in the day 'meaningless things'. Yet thinking like this only ever harvested me a hollow empty heart. So over time i learned to employ joyful thankfulness being able to watch something without any more judgment on myself. Which literally meant for me i was no longer wasting my time doing whatever, but always getting some good out of such previously called 'bad' times.😁
