@Chasingsunsets sounds like you've been busy, sweet. I used to love house sitting too, but I also enjoyed getting back home at the end of it. Don't over do it and make sure you take time to enjoy a different surrounding.

Hi @Shaz51 . The roller shutter installers finally showed up today. The guy who came a fortnight ago who said he could not do on his own who should have known the details of the job brought the shutters to my place at 7.30am! I was awake of course (awake since 12.30am)! The installers appeared at 8.10am so just 10 minutes late. They were here just over an hour and a half. They were noisy. So finally the shutters are in place.

I had a nap for an hour during women’s AFL my team was playing but they lost.

I need to go to shop and I think I'll get Chinese takeaway. Too tired to walk. I haven’t had a walk today. It’s warm and humid today. So I will take car. It’s only round the corner and the shop is a bit further away, but walkable. I’ll park in street and walk the little distance rather than trying to get in car park which is very small and busy. Will also park and walk across road to Chinese place. So I at least get a little exercise.

If not raining I’ll garden tomorrow morning. Oh and lightly cook a couple of lamb chops I took out of freezer. Also took out some mince. Might make a lasagne and will try a little bit with puss as she is not eating bought cat food again - so fussy. Need to try her on kangaroo meat or go to pet store to see what they have or maybe I can find online.

So nothing special planned.

@Jynx having my first coffee, hazelnut latte. I wish I'd seen the sachets were half price at Coles when I was there, would have bought more crème brulee!

Nice weather here, might do some gardening later.
