Hey hi hello! Welcome to the second iteration of...

~ The Toolshed ~

I decided to make a new thread, as the first one had errors and phantom pages, and was getting quite long! You can still find all the amazing pics, inspiring quotes, and uplifting messages of the first Toolshed here.

What is the Toolshed? Ain't a place to hang your hammer! Hehe this is a space where we can share the things that have helped us in our recovery. Tools, coping skills, inspiring ideas, and messages of hope and growth, is what this space is all about!!

You can stay connected and up to date on this space by favouriting, or by subscribing to the thread - head to the top of the page, and find the three dots to the right of the thread title (next to the star), click, and from the drop down menu you can 'favourite' or 'subscribe' - and clicking the star itself will also favourite the thread for you.

Favourite threads are then always available in your favourites list which should appear on the right hand side of most forums pages - or you can go to your profile and scroll down to the 'Favourites' section under your recent posts.

If you subscribe, it means that you will get a notification every time someone posts something new in the thread. So up to you if you simply want it to be always accessible, or if you want all the updates, or both!

I invite anyone who wishes to contribute to do so! It doesn't have to be pictures, it can be discussion, questions, videos, whatever you like! So without further ado, here's my latest batch!

You are a fighter @MissGremlin! I'm having a cuppa at this ridiculous hour. Wanna join me? Give Casper a big hug for me. I wish I was there to give you one of my famous happy hippy hugs personally, but Casper will have to do! I went up on my sleeper yesterday and woke in the morning with a squished banana under me and the electric blanket on high. I have no recollection! My psych said this could happen - that I'd get up in the middle of the night and do stuff and not remember in the morning. He was right so I'm going back down on them and sleeping less again. I know how a lack of sleep can really mess with the mind! At least I'm ready to go out for the sunrise, if I can be bothered getting in the car. There's nothing else to do at this time in the morning but play Soduko and wait till its daylight. I'm going to church at 9am but have nothing else planned. Have you got any safe plans for the day? 💜

@heartathome I'm having an iced coffee at the moment. I haven't been able to go to bed yet. Casper is snuggled up next to me, he's been keeping a very close eye on me cos of what's been going on (I'm safe). That made me smile to read the happy hippy hugs, thankyou sweet ❤️. Haha not the squished banana 😂. Think I'd melt if I left my electric blanket on, I only use it to warm the bed up and then turn it off.

The lack of sleep really is messing with me, especially tonight. Hope the sunrise is spectacular today if you do go to see it, I always love seeing your pics. Hope church goes ok too. I don't have any plans given where things have been at for me, I'm simply existing moment by moment.

I'm glad that you're with us! I can't imagine Sane without you! I've been on here 12 months this month. How long have you been on? You were here when I started. It took me awhile to reah out to you but I'm so glad I did. I class you as my friend now! 😊

Yes. I remember before that @MissGremlin but have forgotten the name you used. This is my 1st sunrise pic. Not much at the moment. Clouds are covering the horizon but the sun will eventually show its face.
