oooh @DownMoreThanUp that sounds exquisite!! Like a big Raspberry Sundae!! I don't think I've ever eaten a loganberry, just had it in syrups and cordials! Blueberries are pretty tops though. Raspberries are my fav, and wouldn't you know it this raspberry bush was already here when I moved in! Didn't even realise it was raspberries until one year looking out the window it was full of fruit! Lucky me!

@Oaktree raspberry tarts, yesss!! And purple is my fav colour too! You know, in case that wasn't obvious from all the purple hearts I leave around! 😋💜

Purple and silver is a winning combo in my books. Do you have one of those fake christmas trees where all the pine needles are white, to look like snow? Cos they'd look amazing decked in shiny purple and silver I reckon!! 🎄😍

I have a fake Christmas tree but no white needles. It is one that is already wired up with led lights at the ends of the branches. I would like to go back to the Christmas shop at Toodyay and get a fancy new tree. Might plan that for next year. It is open year-round. I think 360 days a year. The Christmas shop is amazing. It's a treasure trove. Everything you could imagine. My son bought me my current tree.

What I didn't mention about my friend's tarts are that they are sugar free. Still delicious. Looking forward to my yearly treat.

Hi @Oaktree yes pickleball was fun, if a bit chaotic because we didn't know the rules and it was most people's first time playing.

I think I prefer tennis, at least the rules are easier to follow

Yum @Jynx raspberries are a favourite of mine. Where are you located vaguely? Are you in cool temperate? What type of climate? Are they in full sun? Do you prune the canes down to the ground after fruiting?

I would love to grow berries if I can find a suitable place in my garden and my climate is suitable. I’m not sure. I’m in warm temperate. It can get very hot here in Summer! I have to investigate.
