Happy Friday! Sorry I haven’t been around much this week, been battling the voices for control a bit.
did a bit of work and a bit of horse riding, so overall a good Friday! Hopefully leads to a good weekend - weathers been soooo lovely today.

I'm home from work sick today.
I got some paper work and a job application done this morning, and have spent the rest of the day on the couch. In fact, a dog barking in the street just woke me up from a 30 minute nap.

Hi all 👋
I've just joined SANE a few days ago after receiving a call from a peer worker so I'm still trying to work out how this all works but I like this coffee chat.
I've been to the gym this morning, looking at gloomy skies outside and this afternoon I'll be enjoying happy hours with my friends. Meanwhile I'll be wondering what my 15yo daughter is up to tonight (alcohol & drugs 😔)
