It's Friday, which means it's the weekend! What are you up to? Whatever you're doing, share it with us on Sunday Funday.

I'm hoping we can get a little creative and share photos, poems, pictures, or even just a post - whatever you like! Anything that you feel represents how you spent your time over the weekend, and then on Sunday share it with us here.

I'll aim to take photos of my weekend activities and share them with you.

Well I'm getting there @Shaz51 Thanks for asking.

How have you been?

I went to the Over 50's Aerobics Fitness Class this morning - even though I don't want to admit that I'm over 50.

It's all women, they are quite happy to have a man in their class (doing it).

Lovely people, it's motivating to go there (do it) - even it's so fast, that I cannot keep up with their complicated moves (I get left behind a bit).

I am 56 @Adge and had a telehealth appt this morning soo find out the results next Thursday

I am supposed to have a CT scan of my tummy - to see what is causing the pain.

We are postponing my Scan - in case it improves by itself.

Scans do not always (often don't) show the cause of the problem, in any case.
