I think you are doing well just being awake after such an early start @Shaz51 so definitely no need to feel guilty (although secretly I know how you feel). You've done the dishes so that's a success.

Yes that is a few @Shaz51, possibly not a record though. I've only had one coffee but 3 cups of tea as well
