@ENKELI oh yummm I do love a good fruit salad 😍 especially now with so many yummy fruits in season
I was thinking about investing in a coffee machine as I do miss a good cappuccino and the cafes near me while lovely can be a bit hit or miss occasionally. I bought myself a pour over setup recently though and love it, but judging by how often I can’t be stuffed even just using all that for one cuppa I’d definitely feel the same as you if I got a coffee machine 🤣 I probably need to invest in the sachets more like it haha

@lonemushroom I went a bit mad with the fruit when I went shopping, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, honeydew melon, watermelon, kiwi. I do like the summer for the range of fruit and veg you can eat.
I also bought a coffee plunger so that is often what I use. You can buy single cup ones for a reasonable price too. Mine is a Maxwell & Williams one I got on sale when Catch was still around. I can fill it for one or 2 cups. That might be a solution for you. Otherwise the Robert Timms coffee bags are also good.
Being bipolar 2, I have the typical have to buy things problem and I will go through stages, where I have to have everything relating to a topic, ie coffee. During that phase I bought the coffee maker, then I got a bean grinder as well as different flavoured coffee beans. Then I had a tea phase so I have about 6 different teas. At least I got over my shoe and handbag obsessions lol!
