after friend left, I went outside , worked in the court garden for a while and chatted to neighbours

then had fabulous talk with son about music.

One of my goals is to get out and meet people. My SANE counsellor and I have been talking about the amount of time I'm spending on the forum because I knocked back a social meeting the other night to stay and chat online. Woops 😁It can be quite addictive connecting with you 'guys'! 😆

@heartathome I'm with you - I spend more time on the forum here than I do with "real life" people.

I don't have many true friends anymore which doesn't help and I have no idea how to go about making new ones really. (I am sure there are probably people on Sane thinking 'it's no wonder she has no friends in real life' lol)

I do the same , I spend time on Sane or playing word with friends games on my phone and I spend days at home without going anywhere, if I go downtown, hubby will drive me down
