I support you getting a cat! Go for it. I'm 54 f, married with three grown kids. Two cats! 😍 If I lived near you, you would see me in the op shops! I'm in SE qld. I tend to be a night owl and I work nights on Thursday and Friday.

Still getting used to the forums, I not really familiar with this format.

But it's been really nice seeing some messages in my inbox!

@REDLINEZ750 set roster, arvo evenings on Thursday and Friday. Just got back from work now, I work Saturday too. Then Monday, so all over the place! Trying to straighten up my hours but it's tricky!

Just a couple of rescues, our beautiful ginger tabby "Tiger" who is turning 16, and the ubiquitous black cat Casper, who's not quite sure he's a cat, he seems confused.

About to have a coffee after getting home from work. It's super humid here and hot. Hopefully will rain soon to cool things down. Nothing like your heat I imagine though!

It's my pleasure @Goldy71 ! You sound more excited than I am about getting a cat! I love that!! 😆 I wish it was that easy! I have a son who becomes unwell at certain times, and I need to be there for him. He lives an hour away and I often have to stay with him and his dog and cat. I'm forever tired! 😉 Finances are another thing; it costs quite a bit of money to adopt and keep a cat. It will happen! I'm just not sure when. I've got everything I need for one. It's on its way❣️ I want to be able to come home to a fur baby... even if it is only to tell me they're hungry! 😂 Another avid Opp shopper! Yee ha! Tell me if you get anything good! I'm usually in bed by 9.30pm these days and up by 5.30am Medication does it for me. I'm still getting used to the forum too but, so far, everyone has been very supportive. Reach out if you need to! I have. I didn't feel connected to anyone when I started so posted something saying like that and was inundated with people willing to talk to me. I decided, if nothing else, it will help my typing skills. It's proved to be much more than that! Enjoy your night and I'll catch up with you around the block! 💛

I received an email about a new Tim Tam flavour that is out and only available at Woolworths. It's Tim Tam Mangoes & Cream. I do like mango, but since I am supposed to be avoid fatty foods, I won't be trying them any time soon. I have a feeling that they might be a bit sickly.

And then I found these Tim Tams Strawberries & Cream ones while I was looking on the website. And they had Gluten free ones as well. So much has changed. I obviously haven't been down the biscuit isle for a while. Lol

If anyone try the mango biscuits, let me know what they are like.
