Judgement is a hurdle

Judgement is a hurdle

Hey there

have been going through a very rough period for some months or really years now,

But it’s so amazing how some people focus on the bad things which occur over a short period of time - as opposed to the lifetime of goodwill and happiness.
Married for many years, but her focus is solely on a period of 5 weeks in recent times.

I accept and own those horrendous behaviours !!

But in reality I will now pay for that sort time by losing my wife and family (step kids). All

the pop materialistic things like house, cabin, cars and lots of other personal items hurts hurts as much.

The biggest pain in my heart is knowing it’s all my own fault. At the end really and breaking point..

@Breakfast68

I am sorry to hear things are still crappy for you.
You’ve had such an interesting journey - soldier, teacher, mentor. I am sure you have made a difference to many kids, not only your own.
Do you find you bring much of your military experience into your work with kids?

@Oaktree if you are comfortable sharing I’d love to know more about you finding out about your Aboriginal heritage as an adult? How did that make you feel? How do you process something like that? And how has it changed you (if it has)?
