All Things Sport...

Hello wonderful sports fans @Zoe7 @MDT @Emelia8 @Eve7 @DJMasters @Former-Member and all forumites here! Grand Final news updates courtesy of your friendly sports loving forum friend.

The Melbourne Storm are into the big one after defeating the Canberra Raiders in the NRL. Against whom is to be decided tomorrow night when the Penrith Panthers play the South Sydney Rabbitohs. Personally, I'd love for the Storm to play the Rabbitohs with Craig Bellamy playing off against Wayne Bennett in the coaches box. What a sight that would be! Let's hope the Storm can give captain Cam Smith the legendary fairytale he deserves.

The Richmond Tigers are through to the AFL grand final, again, against whom will be decided tomorrow night. Let's hope the Brisbane Lions defeat the Geelong Cats and then we can take our those annoying tigers again for the second time in a matter of weeks! Go the Brissy boys!

Okay! I'm signing off for the night in all things sport. Enjoy your sports and May your teams win! Play safe and stay safe!

Be well all, look forward to an exciting few weekends ahead 🙂

@MDT Yes looking forward to this 🙂

Watching the Bledisloe Cup @MDT but Australia do not seem to be up to it today. A long way to go but they need to find some energy and rhythm in their play ....and defend better.

@DJMasters My Lions were just not good enough. I think it makes a massive difference only having played 2 games in 28 days - momentum and continuity is a massive thing.

Well ... so much for the luck of the Irish. 🍀 No team wearing green won this weekend. 💚

I guess Kermit was right ... its not easy being green. 🐸

All these green teams lost:

NRL ... Raiders, Rabbits

Rugby ... Wallabies

AFL ... Port Adelaide (aqua?)

Netball ... West Coast Fever

Bathurst 1000 ... Waters (2nd)
