Thanks @ENKELI I got a lift up with my partner's sister in a car so no lugging baggage around! I'm still proud of me for even coming! 😆 He's very excentric, a hoarder, is just about deaf and on the spectrum. One of my issues is OCD. We've never lived together which is why our relationship has lasted so long. I'm glad I'm not the only one afraid to go out by myself. Are you better if someone is with you? I've been skydiving a few times but can't catch a damn bus! I'm going to try tomorrow morning! Take care my friend. 💛

hey @Shaz51 the coffee looks AMAZING!!!! umm weird foods for me, i have found a love for blue cheese and stollen not weird i know, but the only thing remotely exotic for me.

i have seen kangaroo in the shops, what is it like?

I did enjoy the picnic yesterday @Cuddlebear . It was actually good to catch up with his family! I can't imagine myself living in any city. I don't do so well there! I lived and worked in Sydney until I fell pregnant at 30; then came up the North Coast of NSW and been in the area ever since. I found the area supportive for single mothers at the time. Men who were sole parenting were hardly considered 35 years ago!

From what I remember, frogs' legs tasted like chicken and snails were chewier, like kidney, and well marinated with garlic! That was 40 years ago now! 😂
