I think we will all agree -

when your in Sane forums —- reading messages about something you feel you want to talk about

but

you are under so much stuff inside your head - you have all these people tagging you and you get a bit “ it’s silly,” and you end up tagging all the wrong people on a different thread and you end up saying

“ sorry of forgot your name. Hello” and that’s it and you feel like a gimp

because

youve

forgotten to say hello to someone you have started a nice friendship with say @Cuddlebear @or @MissGremlin and then you forget their names anyway……

Yes the tapering continues. I really hope I got this cause it’s brutal. More tapering next week which I don’t want to do but feel like my GP is forcing me into it.

Rainy again today, yay! And yeah ads are such a sensory nightmare - so loud and obtrusive!!

That sucks your GP is pushing you. Do you think they'd listen if you mentioned it? Or are you wanting the process to be over n done with?
