We’re all different and different types of sounds are soothing for each of us. it’s good you’ve got a recording of white noise. I have some rain ones etc on YouTube with no ads. Some have ads which wrecks the whole experience lol.
Yes the tapering continues. I really hope I got this cause it’s brutal. More tapering next week which I don’t want to do but feel like my GP is forcing me into it.

@Shaz51 How are you? Was sleep any better? I’m down to 1 coffee a day. Been trying to lower it as it doesn’t help with tapering off the antidepressant. So far so good.

I am just coming down from a busy week and I can feel I am a little more crazy than normal 🙃 I need some down time to try and reset.
