@Shaz51 Thankyou. Im feeling good but VERY very tired. I saw the warning signs and instead of ignoring it I took charge. Im proud I did that. finished up watching a livestream for a show I really love and watch every year, so that was nice !

LOL @Shaz51 @ipanda I maaaay not be the best person to ask, I never broke my habit of doing all my assignments at the very last minute....honestly nothing quite motivates me like panic 🤣
I do find that the most difficult part is getting going, I call it 'task inertia'. So a tip is to say to yourself 'I am just gonna do 10/15 minutes. If I need to stop I can stop but let's just see if I can do 15 minutes'.
I reckon for me it's like a 50/50 that I'll get into a flowy state and be able to keep going. Much higher if there's a due date looming 😅
What are the assignments about @ipanda? Are any of them more interesting than others? ADHD means interest-based nervous system so that also helps me get going 😋

@Shaz51 Good Mythical Morning 🙂 Every year they do Good Mythical Evening which is a live streamed 'adult' version of their main show. For better or for worse its always chaotically entertaining. Gave me a huge belly laugh.

I love gardening in Spring and Autumn and early mornings in the Summer. @Jynx It
is a great distraction and a good way to get a bit of exercise. Atm I’m watching my sunflowers and globe artichoke seeds germinate. Also lots of plants about to flower. Summer veggies growing or planted.
When I was younger and stronger I would lug bags of potting mix around and turn iver the compost pile. Can’t do that anymore. Bought 6 plants this morning (3 indoor plants) and 4 packets of native seeds. Also got some new glasses. Have to havr a cataract removed in about 6 months.
