today is a very rare nothing day--- it is good to have a nothing day @avant-garde , we need them
Next week is more hospital appointments which is ok.--- thinking of you next week my friend , mine are coming up soon too
finally people at church are starting to realise just how busy my life is. -- do they ring you all the time @avant-garde , my church does not do that to me at all which i find is sad

My orchids are nearly over. They don't last long, except the cruciform orchid.
I'm feeling frazzled today. I have to do some assessments for a new psychologist. And other admin stuff.
Just noticed 3 magpies on the lawn There's usually just the pair. But they all seemed amicable.

I have 4 dogs and a pony. I’m having sort of a half nothing day - still got work to do but also had time to do some ground work with the pony in the morning so it’s not a bad Friday
