@Shaz51 nice orchards

I've had a productive week. Including starting a perpetual stew, which I posted about in another thread

Monday was med doctor. Changing from pill form antipsychotic to long acting depot every 2 weeks. I suk at compliance. I typically skip one third of the time. So I'm keen to see how much this helps

Awww @Shaz51 . Another grandchild soon!

I'm sorry to hear of your aches and pains. I can only sense them through your posts. You are such a fighter. I'm always in awe of your fighting spirit to battle the odds. Did you ever hear back from the geneticist?

@Kashmina , I'm sure it would be so calming and therapeutic to have those repetitive movements when making someting, colouring, etc. Thank you so much for sharing. I used to crochet when I was a kid. I stopped now, but because I did it so much as a kid, I think I've still go the skill and can pick it up again. It was like knitting. I hadn't knitted for 15 yrs, but as soon as I pick up knitting needles, it all just happened as though I'd never stopped knitting!

See the geneticist next month @tyme

Talking on the forum here with some members I found out that turner's syndrome and (congenital rubella syndrome) are very similar

I think it is more Osteoporosis and osteoarthritis that is causing the aches and the pain feels like you are going to break something

Awww @Shaz51 . That sounds so painful. I wish the pain could be taken away from you.
