@AlwaysMyself I didn’t go on any extra meds. One of my current ones was at a too high dose, I was feeling pretty flat, tired and low. I’ve had a dramatic decrease. The dose has almost halved over a short period of time. Hopefully I stabilise soon, last thing I want is a bad mixed bipolar episode.
I am also a lyric person, I definitely prefer rock over pop.

So lovely that you are currently in a good place @Bunniekins 😍 Definitely enjoy it for all you can! Ooh, your first track is quite interesting. I'm not much for electronic music, but for some reason 'trance' music I don't mind (as compared to techno).
It's a good day that I'm on my laptop, otherwise I don't open video/music links lol.
I had the playlist from @creative_writer keeping play whilst I was making doggy dinner, and it ended up on a song called "The Liar". I feel it is thematically similar (in terms of masking how we truely feel) to the one you posted @Flutterbug9 , in case you are interested.

@AlwaysMyself the singer does not only have lived experience of mental illness, but he is also a therapist. I find his songs super validating.
