Listening to your song now as I type. From your description of how you feel I can relate to that. People do not realise how unwell my mind is because I present "normal".

I definitely see why this is a song that describes that!! The lyrics are very real and relatable. Even the name of the song "the weight I hide".

Whilst not how I am "currently" per se, but in terms of my chronic state/desire, the song that "speaks" to me:

Interestingly, it is a christian metalcore band - but a softer song. The last verse is of hope and then the final version of the chorus is a slight shift in the song from "I never got to" to become "one day we've got to" and implying that they will continue on. The concept of using "I haven't travelled to ... yet" is something I actually use myself 🤣😳.
