Feeling Good.

I do music to influence my state of feeling and state of mind. It can be good to sing and play.

Had a LOT of stress for a few years and had to step back from hard rock.

I can only cope if is not too loud. lol

Being sober for nearly 8 months i think I understand a little of what he's going through

But will always be wary of him.

And yes, she really needs to maintain her boundaries and look after herself.

She's seeing a new psychologist now and I think that's going really well.

I guess time will tell

She seems to have a clear mind at the moment so fingers crossed!!
