I've got an appointment with the Aged Care assessment person and can't fathom how they're going to assess my needs over the phone 🙃

I must admit that I'm actually a bit nervous about the questions they might ask.

I don't want to spoil my chances by overstating my wellness at the same time I don't want to seem too needy.

The caravan comes today and i will place it here on the block. About 40 meters away from the main house behind the shed. This way workers can come and fix the place up. Not sure what is required to be fixed. Depends on what real estate agent says i suppose. A lot of work needs to be done in the garden. And some repairs on the house. Our son will have to also be bought out and his place fixed up. i think it might well take a bit to get all that figured out.

Hello @DownMoreThanUp having a reno is a big undertaking and is very stressful. I used to do up a couple of my landlords homes and they were very please with the result. I think not being in the property is a good idea. How are you feeling right now?

Thats no good @DownMoreThanUp 🧡 I hope you can find a sweet spot in your day I know what its like dealing with overwhelming emotions. I hope you feel better soon and try and feel some measure of goodness. Its hard when MI dictates how people feel. That video reminds me when I was at an ocean beach and nearly got taken away by the tide. It wasnt a rip in the ocean but I was standing up near the shoreline and got pulled under by a powerful wave. It just took away my footing and I got dragged under by a wave. It was quite scary actually. You wont find me surfing lol!
