Hello @DownMoreThanUp yes its Monday. So glad I had a good nights sleep @Taali have been wearing my blue light blocker glasses and got 6 hours. I kinesiologically tested it the night before to see if I would sleep and how long and nailed it down to 6 hours. I'm getting better with kinesiology. I had an online friend who was a kinesiologist who showed me how to do it. Its good to be able to know outcomes of situations using kinesiology
