If I had to name how I am feeling at the moment I think it would be calm. Despite changing my diet to better accommodate diabetes, I still feel tired by about now (2pm in WA)

I am due to get some blood tests done, just gotta get my act together and go and do it.

I want to know why people with bipolar have an overwhelming urge to shop. For me it's not even the excitement of getting new things, it's the actual shopping that gives me the happies. No wonder I can't save money!
