My sister is as stubborn as a mule and has a foul temper. I would swear about her if I thought it was ok on here.

I hope the weather around Xmas time is not too hot so I can get out of the house. I have turned the air on to cool the bedroom

down might leave it on all night so I can sleep in the cool (I get hot at night due to hormones).

Especially with just starting NDIS Supports this week.

Met my new Support Worker yesterday, she seemed lovely.

Did my last Sane Recovery Club Online Group for this year today - That's a bit sad, because they won't be running those groups again until February next year (about a 2 month Break).

So I'll feel rather lost without those Recovery Club Groups.

We're meeting where I usually start my dawn beach walk. But 9am. Half the day is gone by 9am!
