The beef curry is really easy @Shaz51 It just from a curry I get from Aldi and then add coconut cream too. I like them when I can just throw everything in and it's done.

Hello @creative_writer . How are you. I’m struggling in the afternoon and my psychiatrist appt made me feel down because she asked about Xmas and my sister. I’ll probably be on my lonesome Xmas day. I wish she hadn’t asked these questions. I’m hoping my helper will come for a bbq one day around Xmas. If not I’ll feel very lonely.
