@Ru-bee thats true, and I would like to try a day hike yeah, as long as I’m not required to carry a very/really heavy backpack whilst climbing up the mountain like we did during our school camp hiking lol!

no heavy backpack whilst climbing up the mountain is way way better than carrying it.

Hello @Ru-bee @Blackcloud @heartathome @Chasingsunsets @DogMan79 @Cuddlebear @Jynx @Faith-and-Hope @rav3n @tyme @LostAngel

Hugs everyone and Hello @Faith-and-Hope , soo lovely to see you my friend 😍

I got a email from Kidney heath Australia and have to fill in, step by step to a certification at the end

Good to hear @Blackcloud We have a book shop and cafe together near where I live. It's such a great vibe. Kind of hippyish. I'm going there tomorrow for a coffee. Do you enjoy the library cafe? 💛

Hey everyone 😊,

@Shaz51 what’s the kidney health aus paperwork? To be a member and or?

hey @heartathome 👋

my support button worked briefly earlier but lost the function now again 😌

@Blackcloud @Faith-and-Hope @Ru-bee

Thanks for the tag @Judi9877 Moving is stressful but moving twice is double the stress. I'm glad you could find self-care activities. I've always admired people who can crochet. I've tried to do it on multiple occasions with no luck. I can do a plain or pearl knit but that's about it. I hope you can have a relaxing evening.

The holiday sounds like a great idea! 😎 Better find those finances! 😉💛

It was a quiz to see how much you knew about kidney disease @Chasingsunsets was interesting

No it is free to join and great to get information

@Faith-and-Hope I love your name! 💛

@heartathome Yes, it’s quite a nice place to do your studies (e.g. work on assignments) at and it’s located in my uni as well. I actually went there just to work on a mini presentation for the IPS course I’m currently doing + tomorrow is the last day of my (and other participants’ that are doing the same intake as me) time in doing the IPS course (FYI, it’s a short course that only goes for twice a week within 5 weeks)

im drinking a cup of tea right now. It’s a lemon-green tea 😊🍵 @heartathome @Chasingsunsets @Shaz51

Thank you @heartathome 🙏

it’s my mantra …..

Oh that’s great @Shaz51 when do you get the results, was there anything you found interesting, that you didn’t know ? 😊
