@Shaz51 I have just finished a hazelnut latte and am thinking I might limit my caffeine intake today. The weather is supposed to reach 37 and I already have hot flushes so it's going to be soda water for me the rest of the day!

I’ve had a peaceful day doing some knitting projects including finishing the sleeve of my new jumper - just have to do the neck and sew it up- as well as working on a cable scarf for my housemates mother- a long overdue project. My housemate is away for a few days so it’s been great to have the house to myself. Tonight is relaxing in front of the tv - a Jimmy Barnes special is on that I plan to watch- along with beef ravioli for dinner.

What are your plans for tonight?

I plan to go to bed after ABC news @Judi9877 . I only slept 4 hours last night. Have had chiro appt and had painter here until 2.15pm. Was bloody freezing with house open. As soon as he left I closed up the house and turned the heater on for 3 hours. Finally warm enough. Will go to bed early as this seems to agree with me.
