Salad very healthy @Shaz51 . I had a chicken toasted sandwich. Spoke to psychiatrist. She has modified my meds again to try to get me to sleep better. Now just relaxing until early dinner cause GP is calling at 5.20. Terrible time and she’s always super late. So will have to eat early. In the meantime I might have a brief nap.

I used to volunteer work for boomerang bags.

When i left i donated my sewing machine to them.

I invited ladies volunteered with for lunch and asked if they be my friend because dont gave any as such .they had lunch then

They ghosted me.

I reached out again years later and ghosted still.

Thought we enjoyed each others company.

Guess it was not mutual.

They hsng out with each other regularely but excluded me.

Then bully vibed by society etc

tbh I have experienced that kind of behaviour among women in various groups, a fair bit over the years.

I hope you feel included here. It is hard to feel belonging when we have been excluded.

i tend not to do big bulk tags, cos I am not sure if people feel bothered or not. So I tend to just do a little limited tagging.

this is meant to be an open general social thread. People can feel alright joining in, even if not tagged. There aren’t strict rules about it as far as I know.
