Had physio this morning, he's happy with how I've been doing and gave me shoulder exercises to build up the muscle again.

it is a Blushing Bromeliad @GezzaP and it had baby ones so i repotted them elsewhere in the garden @DownMoreThanUp

@MissGremlin i had the opposite reaction, i woke up thinking it was thursday 😆 time works different for us hey. my day's been good so far! i bought these fake tattoos so i'm trying them out, apparently they become visible after 2 days so we shall see how it goes haha. how's your day so far?

@Blackcloud oh sweet, I hear you. Those thoughts of hating yourself and your life are so heavy to sit with. I know it's hard when we had certain dreams or goals and we just can't seem to achieve them but that doesn't mean we never will, it may simply mean that it's going to take a little longer or we have to work just a bit harder to get to them.

You are right you can't control the past, as much as I know we wish we could change things at times. But from where I stand i see an amazing person, someone that's come up against so many challenges and yet you are still smashing goals, you are studying and volunteering and supporting others ❤️.

As for your mum, I'm not sure but if you need space from her then you are well within your rights to ask for it.
