I don't eat fruit (generally) because of the sugars. I am quite "oversized" 😂 (but I don't feel bad about this other than for the medical reasons that I need to change this; people are the same people regardless of their physical appearance) and my insulin-resistance & chronic-fatigue makes this more difficult too in a vicious circle.

I second @AuntGlow 's suggestion of voice memos

I do voice recordings on my walks. Then present an AI transcript of the recording in therapy. Some deep discussions have come from that process

Anyone know snakes?

Only little, 2 foot-ish. Dunno if juvie brown or copperhead (Or something else)

the media and the news had so many different versions

no one knew where the cyclone was going

Friday and saturday was lots of rain and windy as cyclone Koji was going past us and went south , so we only got flooding around our town cutting us off but apart from that we are good

feeling sad for the ones down south and the flooding inland

but when we have been in a cat 5 cyclone ( Koji was tiny)
