I left the air on @creative_writer until about midnight. There was a gully breeze and it had cooled down so I opened the balcony door. Didn’t sleep too great too much on my mind. So far today it has been cool but I can feel it warming up now.

Sorry you are struggling me too. Spent a couple of hours filling out forms and trying to sort out the financial mess I created when I was last hypoomanic.

Hi @Shaz51, I’m looking forward to Recovery Club at 1pm, but mostly I’ll take it easy with creative projects like my knitting and drawing as I only got an hours sleep last night and 3 the night before.
What are your plans please?

Hello @Cuddlebear Same with me. I feel really alone over Christmas. My son is working over Christmas. I have been invited to my partner's sisters place for lunch. It was lovely of her to think of me! Better than sitting on my own all day. I'll still be on to connect with my SANE 'family'! Have you got anyone to spend a few hours with on Christmas day? 💛
