@Shaz51 The hearing aids help if in crowds or if there’s music.
I am happy to see that my cat finally ate all of her breakfast. I am giving her two different foods now. She is sitting on my lap atm.
Just gave in to the urge to smoke and had one. Will try to hold off for a few hours now.
Feeling a bit tired and still upset over fight with my sister who blames my mood swing on me. I made a mistake and apologised but she refuses to forgive me.

As for her not understanding the icky thing with the Vaseline, not everyone can understand the sensory feelings that some of us have.

I had my birthday yesterday, it wasn’t as horrible as I expected but a bit dampened by getting sick. went for a short drive and had a bbq but I think my chronic pain triggered my nausea again……..grrrrr. I have a lava lamp now though!!! forgot how much I love watching those things.
bit lonely and dealing with birthday blues being more intense than usual but soldiering on. trying to do whatever nice things I can for myself each day.
