@GezzaP I guess we sometimes just have to go with our instincts and help from our support team. At the moment my pdoc and psych thinks it's a good idea for me. I won't say it solves everything, because it doesn't. Even now, I still have moments of doubt. But at least it doesn't hinder me.

Had a quick nap. Am going to try and stay awake to watch the footy tonight.

@Shaz51 Thats a lot of rain. Hoping that you are staying dry. It's actually been nice here today. Sun was shining for a change.

Any plans for tea?

@Snowie My psych only works Tuesday I have an appointment this week coming. She’ll probably say my sister is being horrible which I already know. Don’t know how much I’ll be able to open up to her.

@GezzaP Have you ever tried writing things down. I struggle to tell my psych everything. Get into her office and freeze. If I write it down and either read of the paper or actually give her the paper, I find it helps. That way she knows whats happening and I don't have to say it out loud. Just a thought

@Snowie No I’ve never written it down. I find I can tell her the horrible things my sister does to me. But it doesn’t seem to help. She says my sister has issues but how does that help?

@Snowie @tyme @Shaz51 I made it out alive 🤣. It's nice to be home but that was very overwhelming to say the least. Now to rest and recharge ready to go to the other party tomorrow 🙂

My brother and I just put up 2 shelving units in the storage space I have. I like them and shall get more.

Not very talkative today, but I'm here in the background following along.

@GezzaP I'm sorry to hear about your sister. I have a brother who affected my mental health quite a lot. In the end I had to cut ties with him. I'm not saying do that with your sister, but sometimes we have to put our own needs and well being first.

Have done tea and shower so will settle in for the footy now.

@RebelliousAngel you have got a busy weekend. I hope tomorrows party goes ok
