You can apply to receive 22 hours of free face-face counselling through Victim's Services then you can surely let it all out in one go, even the triggering bits. Have a go visiting the Victim's Services website. I highly recommend that you apply for it if you need Talk Therapy.

I have a blank mind no pictures or sounds I was born this way so when I turned two I decided who I would be and stuck with it @tyme
