Hi @Rhymster ,

Thank you for your message. It sounds incredibly hard to not be able to work with some of this trauma you are experiencing.

In line with guidelines, are you able to share what help from the community here can look like for you?

Re: No hep

Nothing special I am just looking for somewhere I can get it all out in a one on one setting

Re: No hep

As in a place to share what you are experiencing @Rhymster ?

We are peers here on the forums. We all have our own lived experiences of MH or of caring for someone with MH. I hope you find the community's insights and experiences helpful as you nagivate the challenges of working through trauma.

You are not alone.

Re: No hep

More I have never been able to lay out all I have experienced in a single go and what I experience would be too triggering to share on a public platform

Re: No hep

You are certainly correct there in terms of over sharing on a public platform @Rhymster

I guess it's important to consider, what do you want to gain from sharing? What are you hoping to achieve?

If it is to let it all out, I wonder if blogging, vlogging ror journalling will help?

Re: No hep

What do you hope to get in response? @Rhymster

It sounds like you have been through some really tricky times and I'm mindful that whilst you want to share, it depends on whether the other person is ready to hear it.

I hear the challenges are real.
