Bad mood today
Just in a bad mood today.
I didn't have a good session with my psych at the start of the week and now I dunno when my next appointment is (maybe the week after next, maybe the following?) and asking him about it is not an option.
I yelled at my dad this morning cause he was dismissing my efforts on something I was only doing at his request, and he's been a constant negative nancy and trying to drag everyone into his pity party instead of doing something about his mood.
I have no one to talk to about anything and am sick of refreshing reddit and fbook trying to find something that'll occupy me enough to stop my own spiral.
My stupid birthday is coming up and I'm supposed to pick where to go for lunch with family but I'm not the one with dietary requirements or mobility requirements so idgaf - I don't see why I should have to pick something when it's everyone else that needs to be satisfied. Birthdays are never about my preference so we should drop the pretence.

I tried to get some energy out this arvo by having a bit of a play on the bike and doing some dumbbell exercises but now I'm just sad.
