I too am loyal and not prone to violence, as well infinitely patient. Though I never hold back on speaking truth

Sorry to hear you're mind is plaguing you with those thoughts today @Rhymster .
Is there anything specific that is triggering it? Anything you are worried about? Or just feeling tired of it all?

@AlwaysMyself no this happened last time I was antidepressants also

Ahhh. I recall reading a post recently about antidepressants and SI - was it you who was on that thread? Or another person? (My memory isnt so great this past week for the finer details).
I always think its a funny irony that anti-depressants can also have a side effect of SI. 😆
I get a lot of SI thoughts without feeling distress; its weird and a lot of people dont understand it.

@AlwaysMyself I don't think it was my post but can't tell you the last time I got a decent night's sleep so memory isn't the best. You are correct in that the thoughts won't stop but I don't plan on following through with it

Sounds a little similar to my thoughts situation, @Rhymster . Not much consolation, but you're the only one if that helps in solidarity at all!
I have a holiday in a month to look forward to. And im keeping my options open for next year, so I dont feel boxed into life situations (work, social) if I want to do something else for awhile im going to let myself change course of life.

@AlwaysMyself I hope you find what you seek upon your new path Mate. It is what it is, I take comfort with the knowledge that all things pass
