Share your story - What strengthened your SEWB?

Hi everyone,

Hoping we can start to share some of the ways we look after our social and emotional wellbeing in this thread!

Is it keeping a diary, drawing or painting, or kicking off your shoes on Country and going for a walk? Come share your stories or resources here so others can get some ideas or inspiration 🖤💛❤️

I gather Lomandra hystrix also known as mat rush plant. @Till23 Sounds like you had a great time away and connected with culture.

Thanks for sharing how your SEWB is enhanced through the body & the senses. SOUND can be soothing. I'm deaf on one ear but my hearing in the other is SUPER sensitive.

Ohh I like the idea of no headphones for running outdoors.
It's safer especially for women & you can tune into the environment like you say.

That's interesting @Yuinblackduck73 I weave with Lomandra longifolia (or garinili in dharawal), (also answering @rav3n), mostly but also other Lomandra species. I make myself bracelets mostly. I don't have any children. I like weaving it's meditative. I'd love to see a picture of your skirt.
