Hi everybody I've been feeling crazy today and not sure what to do about it. The hospital is too far away and I'm not alright right now. I'm just posting this to see if anyone has got some suggestions? Thanks roses86

Hey @Roses86, sorry to hear that you are feeling this was today! It's a lot to cope with when we are not in the best place and on top of that beign quite far from a hospital to seek support.
