What has been your highlight today, no matter how big or small? Come share 🫶

Hi everyone! This is my first ever forum post so do hope it lands where it’s meant to 🤣

Most days, I like to find a highlight 😊. Usually, that means during a walk with my dog, I try to spot something different, something cool or something that brings me some happiness. Whether it’s something big or small, it doesn’t matter. A highlight can be anything!

I love taking photos and would really like to share and see what you've come across. Something that made you smile, sparked your interest, or simply caught your eye. For me, it’s all the little things that count on the hard days.


To start, I’d like to share these beautiful birds I came across today. They like to appear like branches of a tree or the tree itself. They are called Tawny Frogmouth’s. Has anyone else seen these types of birds? My pics below -(hopefully not too small to see two in the tree on the left pic).

Yeah and I stopped clicking on the bell icon for notifications just use the emails but sometimes get double sometimes get none so you know having a good time here trying to track posts 🤣🤣

And aiming to have a better day than yesterday, I need to stabilise.

Think I might concede and begin the mood stabiliser "L"

I'm currently working through the difficultly of a reduction in my AD medications. That's probably the reason that I'm all over the place atm.

Not much in on for me didn’t think I’d be awake until later as was up until the early hours, no reason just was😴😜. Haven’t got a plan for the day yet lol.

Well it's been a little quiet on this thread so I thought I'd better change that...

I have 2 highlights to tell you about

1. I got 10 iced coffees in my grocery delivery ( accidentally)

2. I didn't bail on my fitness class today 🙃

My high light was i went to Town. And i filled some special prescriptions, went to the post office, did my shopping, and made it in time for my doctor's appointment, and then got some more prescriptions to fill from him.

And although i had taken a tablet before i left i was badly nauseated by the time i got to the doctor, but got through it, and then still got my prescriptions filled and made the 25 minute trip home. Just in time to put the shopping away and greet my wife and the real estate agent who had come to value the house. i was to sick to do much more than shake his hand, but he did not need me. Be interested to see what he values the place at.

Hi everyone!

I just wanted to check in and say "despedida" or farewell as I am flying out to Barcelona tonight. I am then going on an 8 day cruise with my bestie - I am pretty sure I mentioned we are both celebrating our 50 years as friends anniversary. I am going to try and post photos and will also endeavour to answer posts but of course internet will be kind of iffy.
