What has been your highlight today, no matter how big or small? Come share 🫶

Hi everyone! This is my first ever forum post so do hope it lands where it’s meant to 🤣

Most days, I like to find a highlight 😊. Usually, that means during a walk with my dog, I try to spot something different, something cool or something that brings me some happiness. Whether it’s something big or small, it doesn’t matter. A highlight can be anything!

I love taking photos and would really like to share and see what you've come across. Something that made you smile, sparked your interest, or simply caught your eye. For me, it’s all the little things that count on the hard days.

To start, I’d like to share these beautiful birds I came across today. They like to appear like branches of a tree or the tree itself. They are called Tawny Frogmouth’s. Has anyone else seen these types of birds? My pics below -(hopefully not too small to see two in the tree on the left pic).

How’s your week been? Exciting you are off to the movies this weekend or maybe you have already gone! You’ll have to let me know if it’s any good, fingers crossed you like it! Weddings are so much fun! Lol recovery ☺️

yeah must be something in the air I am also exhausted. Completely 😵. Bit rough my end but you get that right. Haven’t been up to much, finished my week full of appts ++ so I am very glad that is all over. Would just like to go hide and hibernate somewhere now 🤣. Not a lot else that belongs on the highlights thread but it’s always nice hearing from you. Thanks so much for your connection it means a lot 😊

Thanks sharing your insights with me. The link you provided it how is us the word of God. My true self family are the chosen, and my new names are the names of the hero's of the faith sharing their abilities and insights with me spiritually. So spiritually i understands myself ALL in ALL in God's ALL in ALL must be myself in all my selves both male and female. If that makes sense to you line with the scared words we treasure. A soul to me is our life lived down Here in its totality, all our conscious moments and actions lived combined as one self.

Highlight for me was to hear from a friend who's recently moved at least 5 hours away from me we talked for an hour and half she was feeling down I hope she felt better after our yak. I feel selfish about a blood test I have tommorrow only 1 vial after talking to my friend today she told me after chemo she had 10 vials of blood taken she's going into her 4th year remission she's such a beautiful lady I'm grateful to call her my friend

Well my highlight has been finally talking to a real human from the ATO!

And that's no mean feat...

It only took 37 minutes ( but who's counting).

The upshot is that my tax return is being processed hip hip hooray 🙌

I'm getting desperate because I've spent most of the money I'm expecting to get 🙃

Some bugger lodged a fraudulent return in January!! Can you believe it. They had my bank account details, my tax file number and my place of employment ( where I haven't worked for 3 years)

Oolala 🥴😵!!

Anyway it's all good now, I HOPE.

Oh and I gave blood 💫💢💥

So I'm now having a well earned glass of wine 🍷
