I've been doing fine over the past few weeks - I mean what's even there to look forward to really lol. Yeah I finished the essay and I submitted it yesterday, hence it's due today so that's great. :) yeah the topic I chose for the essay was really interesting though I anticipate that I'm gonna be getting somewhere around the 60s for the essay anyway so :p can't wait to continue on with studying the sociology major and all until I finish my bachelors degree in years time!

Yeah I haven't been to that Saturday program for a month now and I don't plan on going there anymore which for me now is actually better not to go than it is to go.

Oh by the way I'm currently taking part of a pre-employment program in hospitality and it's in an inclusive environment that is merely for neurodivergent/disabled people and I'm enjoying it so far! I have classes for it every Tuesday late afternoons and they go until the last week of October! then after that that's when we're gonna be having coffee making classes and they'll be held from 9am until 1pm in the first few weeks of November. and then so forth... so basically after I finish the pre-employment program mid-2027 then that's when I'll be offered a paid employment in the cafe for 1 year or 1.5 years. I'm also currently seeking for supported employment that's catered to people with disability/neurodivergence like myself too so hopefully I'll be able to get there and hopefully earn extra income that is more than the usual amount I get from my DSP.

@Blackcloud things have been pretty rough for me. How are you doing sweetheart? I've been missing seeing you around here ❤️.

I did end up going to the wetlands but my parents came too. Mum talked all the way so it wasn’t really the peaceful experience I wanted. @Chasingsunsets @Taali @MissGremlin There were no pelicans or black swans 😢

I know, it’s so hard when we start noticing them getting older ☹️ I totally get why you’re feeling sad about it

I get that, I always feel sleepy after my osteo appointment too and less tense!

My week has been good! I got my hair recoloured and cut, and I went for a different colour this time. I love it! I also had my dad’s birthday dinner last night. The rest of the weekend I’ll be cleaning the house, relaxing and seeing my mum tomorrow, we’re going to make a quiche together 😊
