@Chasingsunsets i will try almost any flavour ice cream lol. I do quite like chocolate + mint ice cream. And I judge/compare brands based on their coffee flavour 😋. Sometimes I make ice cream myself. I made a very nice vegan one once - it was an experiment I created the recipe myself based off a guess from the fat-sugar-protein ratios. It worked well! It only had vegan cream, high-protein oat milk, dark chocolate, and sugar. Melted all together on a stove. Then cooled and churned. Would not have known it was vegan! Very smooth and good flavour and texture.

I do make a mean strawberry ice cream too. Blend strawberries into a puree, then reduce down via boiling on a stove. Then can add to the ice cream basic mixture. Very simple but good.

Yeah, happy with the furniture piece. But had a few issues with a few holes (but solved woth the aid of a Stanley), and one screw was dud which was quite problematic. So I might go buy one at bunnings, to make sure its got full structural support. But im not putting anything too heavy on it. It can hold up to 68kg I think, but im only putting 12kg on it.

Oh no always has to be one screw gah! That happened to a friend of mine but what happened to her was she was putting it together and the hole was bigger than the screw (she forgot the washer for it 😂🤭) then she lost it in the metal bit and couldn’t get it out. Unlucky for her she couldn’t buy another at bunnings as it was an angled screw of some kind which Bunnings didn’t have. The company were nice though and sent her some replacements 😂😂
