@Rosepetal96 @MissGremlin The ants are subsiding 🙊, someone survived to tell their colony my place isn’t for living in, finally. I would stop them in there tracks by morning there they were on another tangent- I find it interesting they get attracted to power cords and stuff! Quite exhausted from my ant quest 🙈 they have kept me busy! It rained today so perhaps that’s why they were in such numbers !! Brought some ant bomds* today so that’s this weeks job lol. If I have more visitors.How are you both? Love your pics @Rosepetal96!! The colours in the flowers are so pretty! Which is your favourite so far from the last four? I also love photography and since joining sane I have began taking pictures again! It’s been fun! Look forward to seeing more at anytime you want to share! ☺️ How was gym? Did I tell you I signed up for clinical Pilates, I have my first session on Tuesday. Haven’t ever done Pilates before so that will be interesting!

Hey @Nala2022, how’s your week been? It’s been really awesome spending time with my friend! She’s back home now but we definitely made the most of it! Hehe yes my bed! Omg sometimes it does take me ages and I have good intentions to have it all done quickly 🙈. It’s definitely the small wins hey! Always enjoy our walks! Atm my girl 🐶 has a sore eye, definitely haven’t had a good run and have had a lot of vet visits over the last couple of months 🤪. This is the third thing so hopefully nothing else for the year now! Lol 👀😎. How’s your cat going? Do you just have Nala or do you have another? I have heard of some cats liking a walk outdoors, does nala like an expedition outside or nah? Haha.
Hi @MDT I didn’t watch the game! I love that you taught me something re the currency hehe re won lol. I don’t follow the soccer but I managed to watch the 2nd game of origin. The third will be good 😊. How has the soccer been? Is it always on during the night here in Aus?…. Coffee before work! That’s great I am never ready early enough for that unless it’s before nightshift then it’s factored into my get ready time to get coffee 😂, where did you go for your walk? Sounds like a good start to your morning! Hope you have a lovely weekend 😊⚽️

Love the sunrises @heartathome!! The saying of the flying cane toad made me laugh 🤣. I have not heard of that one 😂 but I like it lol. Good old bin chicken is whaf I know them as 😂 like @ENKELI ☺️. I like them though!! They look really mean with that big beak but they are really placid! I had to catch one as it was injured and I was worried it might try attack me with its beak but the beak is all for show 😊.

Love your post @Glisten re my post anniversary!! I thought it was going to be something about David Attenborough at the start 🤣. I am going to have to remember the thread date now 😁. It has me wondering, do we have any thread anniversaries coming up? Or what is the date, (doesn’t have to be coming up hehe), or even when in your sane anniversary date, would anyone like to share? 😊.., I’ll have to check mine I think it is in August!

I've had such a drama with ants too, it seems they like the water in my kettle. I have a bottle of amdro which is a highly effective ant killer and use that outside but it looks like I'll have to scatter some near the kettle.

It's quite expensive but it lasts a long time.

The study was relatively easy, I did struggle with some of the assessments but finally completed. My case worker wants to use me as an example to other clients- I just have to get a job now and prove I'm worth the money outlaid.

How have you been aside from battling the mighty ant war 🐜?

I have been okay, thanks for asking! Just had my friend visit so that was lovely!!! A bit tired from that and the ants lol could sleep for a week 😂. Indi has a sore eye so that’s keeping me busy too! Off to a 3 year old birthday party tomorrow! Hehe ☺️. What’s on for your weekend?

Nala is doing well, being cheeky as usual. I only have her, first cat I've ever had. Nala likes to come outside with me in the backyard but then she runs back inside, she's a scaredy cat lol. What about your cat, what's their name? Sorry if you've already told me!

My highlight this morning was watching the fishing boats going out before the sunrise. 💚
