I saw a croc at the beach, only a small one but thought I have to share this as @Shaz51 created a croc day lol.
Haven’t seen one in a good year or two here but they are around.

@Chasingsunsets G'day from WA. The Goslings have not hatched yet. Not sure if they will, for the other female sat for a month on duds and we had to remove her for the eggs were rotten. (Did the male get upset with us for a few days😁)

We are not sure when they will hatch, next week we think, but it could be on The Weekend as well.

Otherwise i have been really well the last few days. i have resisted the depressive bouts, and let the feelings pass. Over the years this becoming easier, but it is still always hard to ignore the depression, especially when it gets really dark.

Yesterday my wife and me went for a beach walk, the first one ages. We really enjoyed it. And the best part was that afterwards i still had enough energy to do other things. Which truly is good sign.

i slept 7 hours over two sleeps last night!

Cleaning, building, landscaping, often turns into a game of Tetris for me. - Sigh 😮‍💨

Anti-inflammatory or anything that makes my gut upset, sets off bad anxiety for me.

If I have sore guts it takes over everything. I think it’s related to when I had a 4.2cm gallstone. Which is related to when I had Hyperparathyroidism. That was a nightmare.

Today the Vet has sent me for a CT scan and X-ray for my hip on Thursday. He won’t give me to the physio until he sees the results. Such faffing about 😏

If they want me to have an operation on my hip, it better come with a Deep Plane Facelift.

I have no plans this weekend aside from a possible trip to a nursery [edited by moderator] - Funnings don't have what I want and I need my fix. I shall go to the nursery in the morning and then head on up to the 'brook. I'll come bearing muffins and nana bread and some Yahava coffee. Heck I'll bring the coffee plunger if needed too.

Wonder how MM would go on a trip more than 15 minutes....might be time to find out heh heh heh.

There's plenty of animals around where I am, I've seen foxes, koalas, kangaroos, ducks, bats and many more 🙂.

Hey @ArraDreaming! I don’t mind the instant stuff especially when camping! I like the flavoured stuff like vanilla, carmel or mocha normally. When I really need a coffee hit though I must confess I buy it lol- however it does get me up and out of the house which is a bonus too haha. How about yourself?
My old housemate used to drink heaps of the moccona brand and buy the big Jars- I still use the jars today they are great for tadpole sorting 😂. I love frogs- season is coming up so won’t be long for more tadpoles!! 🐸

Haha @AlwaysMyself, yes he was able to blend in very well! I got to see him jump to that spot so that gave him away for me but there are awesome jumpers!
That’s also so cool about your supervisor do you like that area you are working in as well! If so fingers crossed you can stay there!

Mine was okay, I planned to be have got more things done but it didn’t eventuate 🙈. I have tomorrow off too so hope I’ll be able to cook something, I am thinking an all in one dish like chicken, rice and veg in a dish and in the oven, something simple and tasty is my aim 😋. Got to try catchup on some more life admin and cleaning too. I might need something super strong to get me going tomorrow lol.

Yes the beach was good and spotted a croc, half my brain says real highlight, the other side says wish I didn’t see it lol - too close for comfort but it’s a reminder of we are in nature and I love that. Anything new or different is a real boost for me! Got to see the black shouldered kite again too. It’s seemed to have chosen the area I sometimes walk as it’s chill zone for the evening which is really cool.

It’s so lovely to hear @Appleblossom the positive experiences you have had on the forum, I have also found it incredibly helpful 💛
