It sounds like a relaxing early morning, listening to the rain and the birds and enjoying a cuppa. I had my double shot at 6am and walked a few kilometres back to my old partner's place. 💚

I had insomnia for 3 - 4 years. I sleep better now. Unless one of the Kelpies wakes me up 4 times during the night - like last night.

Insomnia really sucks, I've always struggled with sleep but not to this degree.

Yes @PeppyPatti I agree with you, little Peanut is super cute. What breed? How big? Hannah is 5.5kgs. So happy for you that you have each other. They really do make a big difference.

I do still have quite a few long term friends here on Sane, and I appreciate all of you. But I just don't have a lot of energy sometimes to be as actively involved as I used to be. I do always read any posts I am tagged in and try to keep abreast of where everyone is at. It gets difficult though, when you aren't on here so much 💕

The local paper - our newsagent closed down recently and now there is a lotto area in the chemist! Seems strange to me but I guess no stranger than buying smoko from them! 😁

I'm glad you got to put the garbage out before it went! Yes, I've had to do a couple of sprints to catch them too. 💚

Yesss I agree @heartathome sunrises can be so peaceful, kicks off a great start to the day hey, before everyone gets up and the busyness can begin. I’d love to try get up for early walks again (not as early as sunrise hehe but maybe 8am lol). So many more birds in the morning 😊

Oh you have a bird bath that’s so cool, think whatever I get a place of my own I’ll like to get a bird bath!! Always a win when you can capture a shot hehe, I feel this way with butterflies lately haha just never quick enough to get them when they are busy flying around hehe.
