@Glisten @PeppyPatti I have a legal appointment Friday. I am not looking forward to it, but it is due diligence on my part. I really doubt a lot of legal workers doing due diligence, although I know some of the young law students are genuine and passionate about justice.

@PeppyPatti without knowing the context sweetheart I am not sure re lawyers.I am lucky to have a very good friend who is a lawyer. We are polar opposites in everything but she is one of the best people in my life. I've told her that considering she's a lawyer I still adore her!

The lawyer handling my dad's will is useless. I think I have to wave 100 dollar notes in his face to get his attention. No idea where dad found him, probably through my sister or a Facebook add - lawyers r us. Either way it's not going well for me if want assistance.

And thank you, yes Funnings are very strategic in their packaging. They do it deliberately I'm sure. I've decided to use it to make a couple of garden beds under the back 2 bedroom windows. The patio is getting too overloaded with plants so time to pot some. I mean, this is my permanent home that I've had for nearly 30 years probably time to put down roots!

What I'd REALLY like is my home to myself, no brother and his crap taking up room in my spare room and shed.

I crave a tidy house but am fighting a losing battle because he refuses to get rid of his stuff and I have furniture I need to either sell or donate.

I wish I could have even just one room clutter free. And I wish my lazy as brother would get off his huge butt once in a while instead of spending most of his waking hours at home in front of his computer 😡

Yes. My fathers inheritance has got such good lawyer he hid his inheritance from me for a while and plus because I live in Australia and not in the real world of America.
