Im so glad you asked, this is actually a life highlight for me this exercise so very very close to my heart sharing this 💛. I find it extremely useful for panic attacks. It’s the only one that truely shuts it off that I have discovered 😊.

Have a bit of a Google after though, as some health contraindications with doing this exercise etc🙏

Its called- The mammalian dive reflex, this reflex triggers the parasympathetic nervous system (the reset state)

I am not big with a lot of instructions, I love really simple easy stuff otherwise it looses me before I even start lol. So I find a comfy chair, physically safe place, hold breathe, ice pack to cheeks bones/over nose 15/30sec. There are plenty of ways to do this though 😊. Panic attacks are really intense and uncomfortable so hope that he finds something that helps for sure. Lots of good reading on google re the dive reflex and the vagus nerve, I find it all fascinating!!!

Thank you so much for sharing @Chasingsunsets. I have never seen him like that before. I don't know what the boss did or said, but I am annoyed about it.😡😠 He just walked out and went home.

And they need him more than he needs them. He is very good at what he does and can get a job very easily. And if he leaves, they have no one to do the high-end jobs.

I will definitely be sharing it with my partner when he gets back home.

I have only had two panic attacks in my life and I felt like I was going to die, as I couldn't catch my breath, and it was my daughter, who was 9 at the time, that talked me through it and out of it. She had a child in her class that suffered with panic attacks and had seen what they would do for them. She is my little life saver. I could not have been prouder of her.

@REDLINEZ750 he is such a cutie. My heart melts every time I see a picture of him. It makes me wish that my dogs were still alive.

I tried to talk my mum into getting a dog for some companionship, but she doesn't want a bar of it. She is very happy with my cat for companionship. Lol
