This morning, I had a double shot latte at a cafe downtown. No more Affogato's for me as I'm eating a bucket of ice cream with them every week! 😉I can't really afford to go for coffee's every day, but it gets me out of my unit, clears my head and if I go for a walk, it's a bonus! I think it's worth it as it's a nice way of me nurturing myself at the moment while my sister is unwell. As I went for a walk this morning, I was blessed to see a dolphin swimming in the river! 💜

I worked on my studies today - got through another unit of the course. Well almost. I still have to do the opening and closing questions for each unit. I'm just reading the notes and doing the practice tests. I've done four of the ten units in this way.

My highlight today was going shopping for my valentines present. I chose supplies for asemic writing. I got purple ink because purple makes my heart sing.

@heartathome think of having a coffee as maintaining your wellbeing. It doesn't have to be every day if you can't afford it but depriving yourself is not healthy either.

@one day the poor days will float away. Iv spent many many years in very tough days, all recorded on sane forums and lots of ‘diary ‘ notes spreadsheets around the unit.

im now waiting for an inheritance I didn’t even know about - enough to purchase a nice apartment but

however

it all a lot more complex than that.
